UST Prime, originally known as UST Hype, is a powerhouse in the Philippine street dance scene, with a remarkable history of achievements in various competitions. The team became champions in the IPEA Step Up Competition multiple times, winning in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. They also took home the Champion title at the National Dance Championships in 2017. In addition to their success in national competitions, they made their mark in the UAAP Street Dance Competition, where they were 2nd Runner Up in Season 78 and Season 79 as “UST Hype” before eventually winning the Champion title in UAAP Season 85. The team’s viral “Wobble Up” piece in 2019 further solidified their influence in the dance community. Most recently, UST Prime placed 1st Runner Up in the Dance Supremacy Queens Collegiate Division, showcasing their continued excellence and versatility on the dance floor
